1. Information Collection and Use
Our app does not require account creation, and therefore, we do not store or collect any of your data, including personal information or data added within the app. All data remains stored locally on your own device. Since we do not collect or store any personal or identifiable user data ourselves, there are no user accounts to delete or modify within the App.
The App offers a premium feature. If you purchase the premium feature, we do not store your banking information, such as credit/debit card numbers. All transactions are processed securely using encryption technology. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service to handle subscription purchases within our app, which may create a unique identifier for subscription management purposes. However, this identifier is not linked to any personally identifiable information, and we do not have access to the user's name and email.

Feedback Surveys: We may occasionally ask you to complete optional online feedback forms via Google Forms. These surveys may ask you for your contact information (like name, email) for taking any feedback. The contact details you provide would only be used for communication purpose. Your feedback will only be used to improve our app's experience and features for our users.
It is important to take a note that under no circumstances do we sell your personal information to anyone.
Data We May Collect Automatically:
Device Information: Hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA), mobile network information, device storage information, browser information (for web usage), app version, SDKs version.
Location Information: IP address, time zone, information about your mobile service provider.
We do not collect precise location data about you.
This data is collected anonymously and used solely for improving app performance and user experience. It is not linked to your identity.
Children's Privacy: The App is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

By using the App and/or providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of your disclosed information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose personal information if required by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, or respond to lawful requests.
3.1 Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid us in improving the Application and their service. We may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
a. as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
b. when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
c. with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
4. Data Security and Data Safety
4.1 Local Data Storage
The data you enter and create within the App, such as journal entries, vision board content, and planner entries etc., is stored locally on your device. We do not store this data on our servers, nor do we transmit or share it with anyone.
4.2 User Backups and Responsibility
4.2.1. Data Backup
Since your data is stored locally, we recommend that you back up your data regularly to prevent data loss. You can back up your data by following these steps:
a. Go to the profile section in the app and tap the "Backup Data" button
b. You will be prompted to choose a location on your device or iCloud Drive where the backup file will be saved.
c. Select a location you will remember, then tap Done to complete the backup. This file can later be used to restore your data if needed. Please ensure you store this file in a secure and accessible location, as it contains all your app's data.
4.2.2. Data Restore
You can restore you data by following these steps:
a. Go to the profile section and tap the "Import Data" button.
b. Tap the "Restore Data" option.
c. Navigate to the folder where you previously saved your backup file, and select the appropriate file.
d. Once selected, the app will import your saved data and restore it successfully to your device.

Please note:
a. We are not responsible for data loss if you forget to back up your data.
b. You are responsible for securing your backup file(s) and preventing its misuse or loss. We cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from such misuse or loss.
c. We are not responsible for any technical issues that prevent you from backing up or restoring your data.
4.3 Data Security Practices
We are committed to protecting your data. Since all app data is stored locally on your device, we do not transmit or store your data on any server. Backup files are generated only when the user initiates them, and should be stored securely. Although we do not handle user data directly, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the App’s functionality does not compromise your device’s data security.
We do not access, analyze, or store any user-generated content, and your data is never transmitted to our servers.
